You’ve probably noticed Fourth & Sycamore looks a little different from the last time you were here. We started this site about a year and a half ago, and we decided it was time to give it a new look. We hope you like it.
We’re still ironing out minor issues after making the changes, so let us know if you notice anything that is missing or doesn’t work. Feel free to leave a comment on this post to alert us to any issues.
The biggest change is the removal of the feature slider at the top of the home page. This, as well as the switch to multiple columns for articles rather than a single, blog-style column, will make it easier to get to more of our recent articles. Nothing has changed with our content, just the way it’s displayed. Additionally, the bios for our regular writers are now a little more detailed and include portraits so you can get to know us a little better.
We have always placed an emphasis on content over style. We’re not graphic designers or web designers. We’re writers. Our focus is on words. We hope the way we display those words looks a little nicer now than it did before. Let us know what you think.
