Can I get a refund from ABC Mouse?

How do I cancel my ABCmouse subscription?
To cancel, go to your My Account panel from a computer or your mobile app located within the Parent Resources section. Select Cancellation and follow the on-screen instructions. Once you’re done, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.
Why did ABC mouse charge me?
Some banks charge overdraft fees when there are insufficient funds in your account to cover a transaction. This may bring the account to a negative balance. If a recurring ABCmouse payment occurs on a date when your account doesn’t have sufficient funds, your bank may cover the payment and charge you for it.
Why is my ABC Mouse not working?
Fully close the ABCmouse app: Start by fully exiting ABCmouse (and all other apps or programs running in the background), and then try opening ABCmouse again. Perform a power cycle: Turn off your device (and your modem and router, if applicable). Wait a few minutes, and then power back up.

Is ABCmouse really worth it?
I especially think it’s worth trying if your child is unmotivated to learn (or unwilling to learn!), and it’s great for extra summer practice. I also HIGHLY recommend Age of Learning’s newest online learning platform, Adventure Academy, for those kids who have outgrown ABCmouse.
