- Lie on the ground and put your palms on the outside of your chest.
- Push your body all the way up until your arms are almost straight, but keep a slight bend in your elbows.
- Slowly lower your body back down using controlled resistance. Keep your elbows in at your sides.
- Do three sets of 12.
How long does it take to build chest muscle?
It takes time to really build up your pectoralis muscles to get a bigger chest. Most programs take 10- to 12-weeks of steady determination for a noticeable difference.
How can I build my chest muscles at home?
Place your feet on a bench with your hands planted on the floor in front of you. Lower your body down until your chest almost reaches the floor. Press your body back up to the starting position while squeezing your chest. Pause briefly at the top before repeating.
