How do I add another iCloud account to my iPhone?
To change your iCloud account on an iPhone, you’ll need to sign out of your current account and into your new one in the Settings app. If you have more than one Apple ID, you can use different accounts to sign into your iCloud account and the iTunes and App Stores.

The photos in your camera roll will not be removed, when you sign out of your AppleID. But you have to make sure, that you really have not been storing photos in iCloud. After a system update, iCloud Photos may have become enabled, without you noticing it. Please check the Settings.

If you download any apps with the new Apple ID, you will need to use your existing Apple ID and password to install app updates for all apps that were downloaded with your existing Apple ID.
Will signing out of your Apple ID delete everything?
