What is a private story on Snapchat?
Those stories allow users to choose the exact friends in the app that they want to be able to see their story. When a user creates a “Private” story the snaps they add are visible to the friends they grant access to and they can also make it possible for other friends in the app to add to the story.
When you make a private story on Snapchat do they know?
No, they won’t get to know if they have been added to private story. It’s just that your story will be hidden from other people. The people whom you have allowed to view the story will able to see it and other people won’t be.
